“On the course I gained a new understanding about connecting mental and physical activities, even more than that – a new understanding of human spirituality.

I recommend it to all the athletes and coaches.

Thank you!”

Elena Pahomova, PhD, cardiologist, leading scientific researcher at the Research Institute of Cardiology of the Latvian University

“Probably, in everyone’s life there are situations when a sudden, unexpected solution leads to amazing results. My encounter with the WoA instructors was completely accidental, but it coincided with various life conflicts that arose at that time.  So I took an interesting and very effective course “Breath of Life” in Riga and the next stage of the in-depth training in the WoA community.

These classes allowed me to revise, understand and look at both my personal life and my professional life in a new way.

My health has improved, with particularly noticeable changes in the condition of my spine. I should especially highlight the improvement of metabolic processes and, as a result, weight loss.

I became much calmer, more friendly and smiling. I learned to quickly and effectively recover from physical and mental stresses. I am no longer overwhelmed by stressful situations and, surprisingly enough, there is much less stress. I have become a happier person!

I almost immediately began to notice the normalization and improvement of the microclimate in my work team, which had a positive impact on the quality of our work. My inner creative potential began to unfold more fully – I began to address the issues in my work in a much larger scale, deeper, by identifying the immediate causes of certain problems more clearly.

Therefore, I can recommend this methoology of healing to practically everyone. This methodology can be perfectly combined with various treatment and recovery programs!

In sports medicine, this technique can be used as a powerful rehabilitation tool and, by increasing the degree of awareness (which is what this technique provides), it can lead to a drastic reduction in injuries.

My long-term experience of engaging in this practice allows me to affirm that such exercises are a very good preventive measure, necessary to strengthen and adequately maintain the level of physical and mental health without negative side effects, which is especially important nowadays.

I believe it is necessary to conduct an honest and objective research of the impact of the methodology on the harmonization of the whole human body and everyday life.

According to my deep conviction, the application of this methodology is not in conflict with classical medicine, but on the contrary, it can enrich it at all levels of practical treatment and scientific research”.

“During the course, I reconnected with my good friend whom I had almost forgotten for a long time – a laughter. I had been too serious for the past 25 years. Now, I have learned to laugh again.”
